What services does TheExhibitorManual.com provide?
We are a one-stop service for exhibitors in Thailand: graphic printing, backdrop production (wooden or aluminum + foam), booth construction (Octanorm, Maxima, shell scheme and custom wooden booths), furniture rental, and multimedia rental including TVs, touchscreens, LED screens (P2.6), lighting, truss & hoist and full conference packages.
How do I get a quotation?
Fill in the quick quote form on the Order Forms page, or message us on WhatsApp at +66 94 798 2426 with your booth size, event name and dates, and what you need. We will reply with a quotation and the Exhibitor Manual catalog.
Do you deliver, install and dismantle?
Yes. Every order includes preparation, delivery and installation before the show opens, and dismantling and collection after it closes. Just tell us your delivery and dismantle dates and times in the order form.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Bangkok and serve exhibitions, conferences and corporate events at venues across Bangkok and throughout Thailand.
Can you handle my whole booth, not just one item?
Absolutely — that is what we do best. We can take care of the complete booth: structure, graphics, furniture, screens and lighting, coordinated by one team with one point of contact.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially during peak exhibition season. Contact us as soon as you have your booth confirmed — but we also handle urgent requests whenever the schedule allows, so it never hurts to ask.
